01 — Overview

V26 was Quick Heal’s annual consumer product release, introducing upgraded capabilities with AI integrated into the product and privacy established as a core product promise.

The challenge was to communicate these technical advancements through a campaign that felt relevant and human, while creating a flexible visual system that could work across multiple products, audiences, formats and launch environments.

The result needed to work equally well across consumer-facing communication, partner collateral, product pages and physical launch experiences.

02 — Challenge

The V26 launch involved a large volume of creative deliverables across multiple touchpoints, with tight and shifting timelines.

The complexity came from:

  • Moving launch timelines and shifting requirements

  • Multiple product SKUs requiring different communication

  • A large number of physical and digital assets

  • Coordination across brand, content, business operations and IT/web teams

  • External vendor management for the launch video

  • Five separate launch events across the country

  • Maintaining creative consistency while adapting communication for different contexts

The challenge was to move quickly without allowing the scale and changing requirements to dilute the creative idea or execution quality.

03 — Role

I owned the creative direction and overall creative execution for the V26 launch.

My responsibilities included:

  • Developing the creative concept and visual direction

  • Leading conceptual brainstorming for both messaging and visuals

  • Directing the design team

  • Developing and evaluating multiple creative routes

  • Creating the core key visual and campaign system

  • Adapting the system across different product SKUs and audiences

  • Managing stakeholder reviews and approvals

  • Coordinating with brand, content, business operations and IT/web teams

  • Managing the external video agency for the launch video

  • Directing the keynote presentation for the launch

  • Overseeing creative production and physical event implementation

  • Personally checking print quality and event setup during the Pune launch

This required moving between creative leadership, team direction, stakeholder management and hands-on execution throughout the launch.

04 — Concept Evolution

The journey is as important as the destination.

Alternative creative directions explored during development. Let’s understand the creative decision-making behind the final campaign.

05 — Creative Strategy

Privacy, Made Visible

Privacy is inherently invisible. You know you're protected, but you can't necessarily see what is being prevented.

We wanted to turn that invisible promise into a visual story that people could immediately understand.

The final key visual showed a young woman using her laptop late at night in her bedroom, surrounded by floating eyes and cameras.

But each eye had a lock embedded within its pupil.

The visual communicated the idea that unwanted observation and surveillance were being blocked, making privacy protection tangible without resorting to technical cybersecurity imagery.

The campaign was anchored by the proposition:

Privacy. Powered by AI.

The visual language connected the human need for privacy with the product's AI capabilities, creating a communication that was more relatable than a conventional feature-led technology campaign.

06 —Building a Scalable Campaign System

The final concept was designed to extend beyond a single hero visual.

Different variations were developed to suit different products and audiences.

For example:

  • A multi-device proposition featured multiple people

  • Product-specific communication used different characters and contexts

  • Product pages received tailored banner variations

  • The core visual language remained consistent while the narrative adapted to the specific SKU

The system was then extended across:

Product pages • Posters • Danglers • Landing pages • Flyers • Invites • Partner collateral • Battle cards • Product datasheets • Event branding • Keynote presentation • Launch video

This allowed one strategic creative idea to become a coherent communication system rather than a collection of disconnected assets.

07 — National Launch Execution

V26 was launched through five separate events across five cities.

The creative team worked closely with business operations to coordinate physical production and implementation.

For the Pune launch, I personally reviewed the printed materials and event setup to ensure that the final physical execution maintained the intended quality.

At the same time, an external agency was brought in for video production, requiring coordination between the agency and internal teams to ensure the launch video remained aligned with the overall creative direction.

08 — Impact

The launch successfully delivered a large, multi-touchpoint creative ecosystem across a national product release, while maintaining a consistent visual story around AI and privacy.

Key impact measures:

  • Product sales during launch period

  • Upgrade rate versus previous version

  • New customer acquisitions

  • Website/product-page traffic

  • Conversion rate

  • Partner engagement

  • Launch-event attendance

  • Social and digital reach

  • Video views

  • Number of creative assets delivered

  • Number of channels activated
